God I've been soooo busy this month, what with kids and grandkids and everything else. I'm so excited about the next expansion pack IP can't wait. There are some brill features we have all been waiting for. Trying to keep track of RFLongs new world and also I have been inspecting Dragon Valley. Done a few more lots which surprisingly I forgot to post so I have about 4 or 5 new ones and have almost finished a couple of others to boot. I'm still trying to get my head around The Carson Mansion and so far have nearly completed the ground floor, its so hard trying to recreate a place I have never visited and pics on the net are few and far between of all the rooms. So I suppose a little imagination must be used.

3 bedroom (one currently being used as an art-room), 2 bathroom home. Loads of feminine touches and flowers which lends to the name.
Lots of Moo used in this build cos I was experimenting and getting quite brave.
I loved decorating this lot and I think I got in touch with my feminine side during this one.

ThistleDown Cottage CC FREE  

This is my latest Build. I had the idea of building it for my Witch sim and her plant sim baby.

 I left the attic-room empty so it could be used for anything (but I will be putting the Alchemy station in there) But here comes the real-estate details.

 Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage. Tastefully decorated in pastel shades to please the most feminine of sims. Fully fitted kitchen/diner and separate utility room. Spacious lounge, dining-room with window seat. Pretty garden with separate play area for the children and barbecue area for the adults.
